Here displayed products and the physical products may slightly vary due to the deviation of lighting sources, photography, or your device display settings. And to improve product quality and prevent counterfeiting, actual products may vary, which may not match the image shown here.

Here shown on this website, product prices may be changed depending on market price, and all prices are without VAT-TAX.

As displayed on this website all of the products are not our on-hand products, some of them in our showroom, some products in our godown, and some products on the way but we have a strong supply chain management system that’s can deliver within the due time which means we can deliver within 1-3 days in Dhaka city and within 3-5 days anywhere in Bangladesh. If you want to collect from the Labtex office, you must be informed at least 3 hours before office hours.

Terms of Warranty and Guarantee

If there is a warranty or guarantee issue, the customer must return the product to our office and claim the warranty or guarantee service. After receiving the product, the appropriate service engineers will be servicing the product or fulfilling the guarantee claim. Read the Terms of Warranty and Guarantee

Terms of Delivery:

1. We have different delivery slots for different conditions and here all days are counted as working days, not regular days (Our working days are Saturday to Thursday without Govt. Holidays). (Govt. Holidays and Friday Our Office will be Closed).
2. We have a 1-3-day delivery slot for Dhaka City and 3-5 days for outside Dhaka City.
3. For 1-3 days delivery, the order can be placed anytime for Dhaka City and
4. For 3-5 days of delivery, the order can be placed anytime outside of Dhaka City.
5. To pick up the product from the office, you must inform us before coming to the office. Otherwise, delivering the product from the office will not be possible.

Terms of Payment

We have many payment options like Cash on Delivery, bKash, Rocket, Nagad, Direct Bank Transfer, etc. If the invoice amount is over Tk. 10,000.00 (Ten Thousand), you need to pay a minimum of 20% advance (Negotiable) with the order.

N.B.: We cannot deliver liquid and highly fragile products outside Dhaka city. Please do not order liquid and highly fragile products from outside Dhaka city.

Special Caution: None of our chemicals are suitable for human consumption or use in food. These are only for Research and Analysis.
