How to Place an Order on Labtex?
To place an order, please visit our website. Then search for your desired products, and click the “add to cart” button. After adding your selected products to the cart, click on to cart icon or the shopping cart menu to view your cart list. Now you can change the quantity (if needed) and click update quantity, then click the checkout button. Log in or fill out the form, update your Name, Contact Number, Address, and Select payment method, and delivery slot, and click place order. Your order will be placed successfully.

How much does the delivery cost?
Our regular delivery charge is Tk. 60.00 for Dhaka City and Tk. 100 for anywhere in Bangladesh. This charge is for 0 – 0.5 kg products, but the delivery charge will be increased based on product weight, type, and required delivery schedule.
Why does delivery charge more than other e-Commerce Platforms?
Because most of the e-commerce platforms take more time to deliver the orders and don’t take responsibility for delivered products, but we take a very limited time to deliver the orders and we take full responsibility for our delivered products (like seeing the product first, then payment to the rider), fast after-sales service, quick return, and refund, etc.
What are the payment methods?
We have lots of payment options like Cash on Delivery, bKash, Rocket, Nagad, and Bank Transfer Facilities. You can choose an option to pay us.
What is the policy for returns and refunds?
You may get a refund within seven (7) days on unopened or spoiled packaged products. For liquid and perishable products, such as water, cleaning liquids, and fresh items, we have a three (3) day return policy. We will not accept any products as returns if you unpacked or used any part of the delivered products. We reserve the right to refuse a refund. What about quality?
We try our best to source the best quality items for you but if you are dissatisfied, you can always send them back to the delivery person. If you forget to do that, you can call us within 3 days and we will replace the item for free.
What are the Terms & Conditions of Delivery?
- We have different delivery slots for different conditions, and here all days are counted as working days, not regular days (Our working days are Saturday to Thursday without Govt. Holidays). (Govt. Holidays and Friday, Our Office will be closed).
- We have a same-day delivery slot (without Govt Holidays and Fridays), 1-3 days delivery slot for Dhaka City, and 3-5 days delivery slot for outside of Dhaka City.
- For 1-3 days delivery, orders can be placed anytime for Dhaka City and
- For 3-5 days delivery, orders can be placed anytime outside of Dhaka City.
Can I collect the product from the Labtex office?
Yes, you can collect any products from our office, just confirm with us a minimum of 3 hours before you come to our office. If you come without informing us prior, the product may not be served at that time.
Can your chemicals be used in food?
Sorry, None of our chemicals are suitable for human consumption or use in food. These are only for Research and Analysis.
