- HM Peptone B #: 10.000
- Yeast extract: 5.000
- Dextrose (Glucose): 20.000
- Tween 80 (Polysorbate 80): 1.000
- Ammonium citrate: 2.000
- Sodium acetate: 5.000
- Magnesium sulphate: 0.100
- Manganese sulphate: 0.050
- Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate: 2.000
- Agar: 12.000
- Final pH ( at 25°C): 6.5±0.2

Directions
Suspend 67.15 grams in 1000 ml purified/distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50°C. Mix well and pour into sterile Petri plates.
